Real Estate Agents

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, and closing deals across

Off-Plan Sales, Secondary Market Transactions, and Rental & Leasing

properties in Dubai. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Off-Plan Sales:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai Advise clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, ROI, and market trends Attend developer briefings, property launches, and exhibitions Manage client relationships from initial inquiry to deal closure
Secondary Market Sales

Handle buying and selling of ready properties (residential & commercial) Conduct property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers Prepare and manage sales agreements, MOUs, and documentation Ensure smooth coordination with banks, trustees, and conveyancing teams
Rental & Leasing

Manage residential and commercial leasing transactions Source landlords and tenants and maintain long-term relationships Conduct property inspections and viewings Negotiate lease terms and finalize Ejari registrations
Client & Business Development

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms Build and maintain a strong client database Provide professional guidance and after-sales support to clients Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (preferred) Valid UAE driving license (preferred) RERA certification or willingness to obtain it Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
