We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent with at least 6 Months to 1 year of experience in property sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands the local property market, and is motivated to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound activities Present and promote property listings to prospective buyers or investors Conduct property viewings and answer client inquiries Negotiate offers and close sales transactions Maintain accurate records in CRM tools Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales (UAE preferred) Good communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of property laws and transaction processes Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Compensation
AED up to 3,000 per month Commission structure provided on successful sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
