Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through
leads, referrals, and networking
. Assist clients in buying, selling, or rentingresidential and commercial properties
. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations tailored to client needs. Provide accurate market insights, property valuations, and investment advice. Negotiate deals and assist clients withdocumentation, approvals, and handovers
. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Keep up-to-date withUAE property laws, regulations, and market trends
. Record and update client interactions and sales activities inCRM systems
. Achieve individualsales targets and KPIs
consistently.Requirements
1-3 years of experience
in real estate sales or property consultancy (preferred). Knowledge of theUAE real estate market
, laws, and property trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.Job Type: Full-time
