Job Description

We are seeking a

polished, driven, and performance-focused Real Estate Sales Agent

with

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience

in the Dubai real estate market. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who are passionate about property, excel in building lasting client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and manage fresh property leads on a daily basis Guide clients seamlessly through the entire property transaction journey, from consultation to closing Conduct property viewings, site inspections, roadshows, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence Build and nurture a strong network of clients, investors, and referral partners Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, viewings, and transactions within the CRM system Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Candidate Requirements

6 months to 1 year of proven experience in Dubai real estate

(mandatory) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities Solid understanding of Dubai property laws, transaction processes, and market trends Professional presentation with a proactive, goal-driven mindset Ability to perform consistently in a high-performance, target-oriented environment
