Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized property recommendations.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on current real estate trends in Dubai.

- Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties involved.

- Assist clients through the entire transaction process, from property selection to closing.

- Create and manage a portfolio of property listings for clients.

- Stay informed about new properties on the market and provide property tours to prospective buyers and tenants.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies for property listings.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

- Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of Dubai's neighborhoods, property values, and market trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

- Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle is preferred (not compulsory).
