Option 1: Freelance / Commission-Only

Requirements:
[ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai's Real Estate market (Leasing or Sales)
[ Valid RERA Card is [[Mandatory[[
[ Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
[ Valid UAE Residency & UAE Driving License
[ Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
[ Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
[ A strong network of landlords and investors is a significant advantage
Priority will be given to candidates with successful experience working with Persian-speaking, Arabic-speaking, Russian-speaking, Turkish-speaking, European, and other high-value international client markets.
