We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, working with leading developers and a strong portfolio of secondary market listings. As part of our expansion, we are hiring experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Agents for both off-plan and secondary market sales.
Off-Plan Sales Agent
Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers
Present project details, payment plans, and offers to clients
Arrange site visits and project presentations
Follow up with clients and close deals
Stay updated on new launches and developer incentives
Compensation
Commission-based structure
Secondary Market (Resale) Sales Agent
Responsibilities
Promote and sell secondary (resale) and ready properties
Handle property viewings and negotiations
Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and transactions
Manage buyer and seller relationships throughout the deal
Compensation
Salary can be discussed
Commission-based incentives
Requirements (Applicable to Both Roles)
Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience in Dubai
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
Target-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious
UAE-based only
Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license
Preferred nationalities: Turkish, Arab, Indians, Pakistanis
