We are looking for an
ambitious, self-driven Real Estate Agent
with strong Dubai market knowledge who is confident handling
off-plan and secondary sales
, developer registrations, and client relationships from start to finish.
Register and work directly with
developers
for off-plan projects
Handle
secondary market sales and leasing
Manage buyer, seller, and investor relationships professionally
Conduct property viewings and negotiations
Prepare and submit
Forms A, B, F
, MOUs, and other transaction documentation
Coordinate with developers, trustees, and internal teams
Actively generate leads and follow up on inquiries
Maintain strong market knowledge and pricing awareness
You will play a key role in helping shape the brokerage, build developer relationships, and close quality deals with full operational and marketing support behind you.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Dubai real estate experience
Strong understanding of
off-plan and secondary markets
Excellent communication skills with clients and developers
Confident in paperwork, CRM usage, and transaction processes
Active, motivated, and goal-oriented personality
RERA certification preferred (or in progress)
