Ideal Realtor Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced
Real Estate Agent
to represent clients across Dubai's residential and investment property market. The role involves advising buyers, sellers, and investors while delivering a professional, results-driven service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert buyer, seller, and investor leads into successful transactions
Advise clients on off-plan, secondary market, and leasing opportunities across Dubai
Conduct property viewings and present projects with accurate market insights
Negotiate terms and close deals in the best interest of clients and the company
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and market knowledge
Maintain accurate records of listings and transactions
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, DLD procedures, and company policies
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of previous real estate sales experience in Dubai
Good understanding of the Dubai property market and sales process
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
RERA certification
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
