You will work directly with buyers, sellers, and tenants, managing property transactions from initial inquiry through to successful closure, while delivering a professional and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties
Manage leads, conduct property viewings, and follow up with clients
Provide guidance on pricing, market conditions, and available inventory
Negotiate offers and support clients through the transaction process
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external partners
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
Up to 1 years of sales or real estate experience
(real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and willingness to learn the Dubai property market
Self-motivated with good time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Valid UAE Driving License
(preferred)
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
Earning Structure:
Commission-based compensation
Top performers can earn up to AED 200,000 per year
