Role Overview

This is a commission-based position ideal for ambitious professionals seeking uncapped earning potential. The role involves end-to-end sales responsibilities, including lead generation, client management, property viewings, and deal closure. Performance directly translates into earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms Manage and convert inquiries from company-provided leads Conduct professional property presentations and viewings Negotiate offers and successfully close sales transactions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends and upcoming project launches Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Profile

You are an ideal candidate if you demonstrate:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Has valid UAE driving license High levels of self-motivation with a target-driven mindset A genuine passion for real estate and client satisfaction Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred)
