Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 6 months of experience in property sales, leasing, or telesales. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within Dubai's highly competitive real estate market. Full support, quality leads, and strong marketing assistance will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Manage company-provided leads and client inquiries
Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings
Promote both off-plan and ready properties
Negotiate deals and successfully close sales and rentals
Meet monthly performance and target objectives
Stay informed about market developments and pricing trends
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in real estate or sales
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
UAE driving license is preferred
