Assist clients in
buying, selling, and renting properties
in Dubai Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Maintain strong knowledge of theDubai real estate market
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, andclose deals successfully
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Build and nurturelong-term client relationships
Follow up on qualified leads provided by the marketing team Manage client records and property listings efficientlyRequirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
as aProperty Consultant / Real Estate Agent in Dubai
Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills
Knowledge ofDubai real estate laws and regulations
Experience inproperty sales and customer service
Ability to workindependently and within a team
