is looking for driven, hardworking and passionate individuals who want to grow and excel in the field of Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition

: Generate leads and build a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Property Presentations

: Conduct property showings, provide information on available listings, and guide clients through the buying or leasing process.

Negotiation

: Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions to ensure the best interests of both buyers and sellers.

Market Analysis

: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.

Documentation

: Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary documents for real estate transactions.

Client Relationships

: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Compliance

: Ensure adherence to all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English- both verbal and written

We are hiring: Arabic, Russian, German & Chinese Speakers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.

RERA certification is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Commission-based with competitive rates.

Visa sponsorship.
