Job Title: Real Estate Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE, Job Overview.
- We are looking for a confident and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. -The selected candidate will work on company-generated leads and handle residential off-plan and secondary market properties while delivering excellent client service and closing deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on leads generated and provided by the company.

Handle off-plan secondary and ready properties .-
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

Conduct property viewings and client meetings.-
Negotiate price terms and close deals.

Maintain follow-ups with potential and existing clients.-
Update listings on property portals and internal systems.

Coordinate with developers, landlords,s and internal teams.-
Ensure full compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.

Prior experience in Dubai real estate is preferred- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations
- Self-motivated target driven and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Required Skills and Qualities:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- English language fluency is mandatory, any additional language, specifically Arabic, will be considered a plus point.

Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market trends.

Understanding of off-plan and secondary market properties.-
Professional appearance and client handling skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.-
Ability to work under targets and pressure.

Probation and Employment Terms.-
The company will provide a driver who will accompany you to meetings with clients.
- - Initial evaluation period of two months.-
During this period, performance and deal-closing ability will be assessed.
- Basic salary: Commission on closed sales
