Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven Experience:
At least two years of real estate sales experience within the Dubai market is required. Candidates not currently residing in the UAE are kindly requested not to apply.
RERA Certification:
Preferred but not essential.
Strong Communication Skills:
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in negotiation, relationship-building, and successfully closing transactions. In line with existing KPI.
Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated:
Seeking individuals who are driven and results-focused with a commitment to achieving excellence.
UAE Driving License & Own Vehicle:
Preferred to facilitate efficient client transportation.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in
Russian
and/or
European languages
(e.g., English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.). Strong understanding of
European or Russian real estate clients, culture, and communication style
Up to date:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Actively generate and convert property leads into successful sales.
Property Viewings & Client Meetings:
Conduct property tours and meet clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Market Insights:
Stay current with market trends, property listings, and pricing to offer expert advice to clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Handle negotiations and finalize agreements to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the admin team to ensure all documentation (Form A, B, F, etc.) is accurately processed and submitted.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive personal and company success.
