Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant.
About Firstpoint Real Estate LLC:
Dubai-based, RERA-licensed brokerage specializing in residential & commercial sales, leasing, and investment advisory for local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, manage, and close property sales & leases (off-plan & secondary market) Conduct market analysis, property viewings, and client meetings List & promote properties on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) Build strong client relationships & negotiate offers Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and market trends Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
2-5 years Dubai real estate experience Strong market knowledge and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Arabic a plus) RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain Self-motivated, target-driven, and tech-savvy
