Key Responsibilities
Actively generate leads and identify potential property buyers and sellers
Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations
Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process
Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet monthly sales targets and support overall company growth
Stay updated on Dubai's property market, industry trends, and legal regulations
Organize and execute property tours with potential buyers and tenants
Handle buyer and investor inquiries
Conduct property viewings
Close deals and manage client relationships
Requirements
Have strong communication skills
Are goal-oriented and self-motivated
Are comfortable with commission-based income
Previous experience in Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Have a sales-driven mindset
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-presented
Familiarity with leading property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
Knowledge of social media marketing is an added benefit
