Real Estate Agents

to join our growing team on a

commission-only basis

. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high sales performance.

This role is ideal for self-driven individuals with a strong passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and client referrals. Schedule and conduct property viewings and site visits. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters. Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers. promote sales through advertisements, digital marketing, and open houses. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property laws and RERA regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors. Ensure all real estate transactions comply with the company's policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales-related role (preferred but not mandatory) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Familiarity with the UAE property market and RERA regulations (training will be provided) Excellent time management and organisational skills Commission-based Preferred languages: Arabic and Hindi/Urdu. Must have a presentable and professional demeanour.

Note:

This is a
