Vacancy: Real Estate Broker (Secondary Department)

What will you do?

Work in a secondary department that combines professional customer service and an active search for new opportunities.

Conduct consultations with clients on the sale, purchase and lease of real estate.

Search and analysis of available properties on the market that meet the needs of clients.

Organizing and conducting property viewings.

Negotiating, negotiating conditions and preparing contracts with clients.

Active use of marketing tools to attract potential customers.

If you:

Have at least 1 year experience as a real estate broker in the secondary market in Dubai

Know the real estate market in Dubai and its characteristics.

Possess communication and persuasion skills.

Know processes of transactions and documentation.

Ambitious and have a desire to achieve high results.

Ready to work in a dynamic environment and meet targets.

Good command of English.
