Role Summary

Livendo Properties is hiring experienced secondary market (resale) property sales agents to handle ready properties and resale transactions across Dubai. This role is suitable for professional agents with proven closing ability who are seeking uncapped commission-based income.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (secondary / resale market mandatory)

- Fluent English (mandatory)

- Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a strong advantage (in addition to English)

- Comfortable working on a commission-only structure

- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills

Key Responsibilities

- Sell ready and resale properties in the Dubai secondary market

- Handle buyer inquiries, viewings, and negotiations

- Manage listings, client relationships, and transactions from start to completion

- Maintain accurate CRM and deal records
