Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time, on-site

Real Estate Agent

to support our growing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in client consultation, communication, and sales, while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach. This role requires dedication, professionalism, and a deep interest in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences Manage client relationships through professional communication and follow-up Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process Utilize market knowledge to guide clients effectively Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions Work collaboratively within the sales team to achieve company targets

Qualifications

Strong sales and consulting abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Strong negotiation skills and a client-centric mindset Previous experience in real estate or property sales is an advantage
