with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Stay up to date withUAE real estate market trends
, new projects, and pricing. Preparehigh-quality property listings
, photos, and descriptions for marketing. Conductviewings, negotiations, and deal closings
professionally. Guide clients throughcontracts, documentation, and legal procedures
. Collaborate withdevelopers, landlords, and investors
to grow business opportunities.Requirements
Excellent
English communication skills
(Arabic or other languages are a plus). Strongsales, negotiation, and closing
abilities. Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Proficient inCRM tools, MS Office, and social media marketing
.Valid UAE Driving License
preferred for easy client meetings and property tours.1-2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
