Key Responsibilities
Assist buyers and investors in purchasing property across Dubai
Manage and maintain a portfolio of listings (both off-plan and secondary market)
Conduct property tours, site visits, and attend developer briefings
Present and promote investment opportunities to clients
Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing trends, and financing options
Handle negotiations professionally and close transactions efficiently
Maintain and update the CRM with leads, client information, and follow-ups
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and online/offline marketing
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Prepare and submit required documentation to support transactions
Coordinate with internal teams and developers for property availability, pricing, and updates
Stay updated on new launches, project details, and market trends
Assist clients with property handover procedures when required
