As a Real Estate Agent at IIQAF, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client needs Prepare and present property listings to potential clients Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients Maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Attend property showings and open houses Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Basic knowledge of real estate principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite A valid UAE driver's license is preferred A passion for the real estate industry and hospitality sector * Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field
