Innovest Assets Real Estate is a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in off-plan projects, property sales, leasing, and investment consultancy. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, driven, and professional Real Estate Agents to join us.

Position Overview:

We are hiring Real Estate Agents from various nationalities who are passionate about the property market, excellent at communication, and eager to grow in a competitive environment. English fluency is a must, and knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, and marketing channels. Conducting property viewings, presenting available units, and providing professional consultations. Negotiating and closing deals with buyers, sellers, and investors. Maintaining updated knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, projects, and regulations. Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to team performance.
Requirements:

Fluent in English (Mandatory) Candidates from any nationality are welcome. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in real estate (preferred but not required). Knowledge of Dubai property market and developers is an advantage. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn. Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
