Prospect, list, and sell/rent residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or leasing process.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and market outreach.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Stay up to date on current property listings, market trends, and developer launches.
Prepare and manage marketing content for listings (photos, descriptions, online promotions).
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Prepare necessary documentation (Form A, Form B, Form I, tenancy contracts, etc.) in line with RERA and company requirements.
Meet monthly sales/rental targets and contribute to the agency's revenue goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate (Dubai market experience preferred but not essential).
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a confident, positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation, resilience, and goal orientation.
Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
