Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Market properties effectively through online platforms, social media, and in-person networking. Conduct property viewings and present offerings to potential buyers or tenants. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property laws, and industry practices in Dubai. Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Urdu, Hindi) is a plus. UAE driving license and own car (preferred). Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.
