Job Summary
We are looking for fluent Chinese, Russian, and India/Hindi language speakers who are highly motivated and results-driven Professional Real Estate. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role requires proactive lead generation through cold calling, property showings, client negotiations, and closing transactions. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and committed to exceeding sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications and Experience
Valid UAE Real Estate Agent License (RERA registration) or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven real estate sales experience in Dubai or similar competitive market.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience with residential, commercial, or investment property sales is required.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including major communities, property types, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
Understanding of UAE real estate regulations, RERA requirements, and transaction procedures. Familiarity with Dubai's economic development, infrastructure projects, and market drivers.
