Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Manage property viewings, handle negotiations, and facilitate smooth transaction closings.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Stay informed about UAE real estate regulations, market trends, and new developments.
Promote company listings and services to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role within the UAE real estate market.
Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market transactions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
RERA certification is a plus.
