Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: o Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and on time. o Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents. o Maintain organized financial records and ensure policy compliance. o Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations. o Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payment queries.



Requirements

Requirements:

o Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in the UAE. o Accounting educational background is mandatory. o Strong English communication skills. o Prior real estate experience is an advantage. o Maximum age: 35 years. o Immediate or early joiners preferred. o Must be available in Dubai on a canceled or employment visa. Skills o Accounts payable processing o Invoice verification and reconciliation o Vendor management and payment coordination o Knowledge of accounting principles o Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks) o Financial recordkeeping and documentation o Month-end closing support o Understanding of purchase orders & supporting documents o Bank reconciliation o Basic financial reporting o Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) Industry-Specific Skills o Knowledge of real estate accounting processes o Familiarity with project-based costing o Understanding of property development financial cycles o Experience handling contractor/vendor payments related to real estate
