Job description
Prospect, source, and list secondary market (resale) properties.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting pre-owned real estate properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable deals.
Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market and competitor activities.
Build and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and clients.
Manage property listings, advertisements, and online marketing campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
