What You'll Do:

Build and grow your client base through networking, calls, and smart lead generation Sell a wide range of off-plan and ready properties from top Dubai developers Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, offering expert guidance and personalized property options Stay updated on new launches, market trends, and investment opportunities Manage the full sales cycle: viewings ? negotiations ? closing Work closely with developers, mortgage partners, and industry experts Track your performance to continuously boost results

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience (Dubai real estate experience is a bonus) Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Motivated, positive, and hungry for success Comfortable working on a

commission only
