About the Role

We are looking for motivated and energetic Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. This commission-based role is ideal for individuals passionate about property sales and leasing, building client relationships, and earning high performance-based income.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will manage client relationships, market property listings, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and provide professional guidance to buyers, sellers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through marketing, networking, and prospecting activities List and promote properties for sale and rent Conduct property viewings with potential clients Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulations Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers Prepare necessary documentation and liaise with relevant authorities

Requirements

Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance Knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations (preferred) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid UAE driving license (advantageous)
