Key Responsibilities

Respond to buyer leads, identify client needs, and present optimal investment opportunities focused on ROI and long-term value Deliver personalized, consultative service to build and maintain long-term client relationships Stay up-to-date on all off-plan project details, including pricing, payment plans, and selling points Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide clients with confidence Negotiate and close deals to achieve the best outcomes for all parties Liaise with developers, legal teams, and clients to ensure seamless transactions Manage documentation and administrative processes efficiently

What We're Looking For

Proven success in off-plan property sales within Dubai In-depth knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and investment strategies Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong client-service focus Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented team player Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Billengual, English plus any of additional language is an advantage (Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Tagalog, Russian)
