We are seeking driven and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in JVC. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, knowledgeable about the Dubai property market, and capable of closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into successful transactions Assist buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords throughout the full real estate cycle Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers Maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers Use CRM systems (Leadrat) to manage and track leads Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and market conditions
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of Dubai real estate experience
Proven track record of closed deals
Valid Dubai Driver's License
Valid UAE Residence Visa
Well-spoken, presentable, and professional attitude Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to use CRM systems, especiallyLeadrat
