Responsibilities:

1. Prospect for new clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts.

2. Conduct property tours with potential buyers and provide insightful information about properties.

3. Assist clients in the buying or selling process from start to finish, including contract negotiation, home inspection, and closing procedures.

4. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate advice to clients.

5. Utilize technology and digital marketing tools effectively to promote listings and attract potential buyers.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

7. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and appraisers, to facilitate smooth transactions.

8. Attend networking events, open houses, and industry seminars to expand your professional network and stay updated on industry developments.

9. Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

10. Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
