Promote and lease/sell properties through advertising, open houses, and listing services.
Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
Guide clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property values, and Dubai real estate laws.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers or tenants and landlords.
Requirements
1-2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (leasing or sales).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with Dubai communities and developers.
Presentable, confident, and motivated personality.
Must be available to join immediately.
