Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Secondary Market Real Estate Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales and leasing of secondary market properties in Dubai. Generate and manage property listings across portals and internal CRM. Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals. Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors. Stay updated on market trends, comparable listings, and competitive offerings. Prepare and manage all required documentation for transactions. Work closely with the sales manager to meet monthly targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales. Strong knowledge of communities, property pricing, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Professional, presentable, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and meet closing deadlines.
