Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing professional guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property viewings and arrange site visits for potential buyers/tenants. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Prepare and review property documents, contracts, and agreements. Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals. Maintain an updated database of available properties and client information. Negotiate offers and ensure smooth completion of transactions. Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and community developments. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software (an advantage). Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations). High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
