to join our team in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate, have a proven track record of closing deals, and are ready to contribute to the growth of our customer base, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Assess properties to determine market value and competitive pricing.
Provide market insights and deliver top-notch customer service.
Identify clients' needs and financial capacities to propose suitable solutions.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base.
Negotiate contracts between buyers and sellers.
Handle transactions from initiation to closing, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai. Expertise in brokerage and real estate sales. Strong negotiation skills for real property contracts and agreements. Excellent communication skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
