As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing clients, marketing property listings, negotiating deals, and providing professional guidance to buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through various marketing and networking activities
List and market properties for sale and rent
Conduct property viewings with potential clients
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal requirements
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with relevant authorities
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance
Knowledge of local property market and RERA regulations (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Valid UAE driving license (an advantage)
