Who We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated, goal-oriented professionals who are passionate about sales, driven by results, and eager to grow in the luxury property market.

Requirements:

Proven real estate experience is highly preferred, but not essential Strong sales or customer service background Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage) Ambitious, confident, and target-driven personality Valid UAE driving license - mandatory RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Professional appearance and strong work ethics

Your Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with clients to identify and understand their property needs Provide tailored solutions and expert guidance throughout the buying/selling process Conduct professional property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals efficiently Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors Stay up to date on Dubai's real estate trends, new developments, and market insights Maintain an organized client database using our advanced CRM system Represent Societe Real Estate at events, property exhibitions, and client meetings
