Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and property portals. Promote, list, and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai and other Emirates. Guide clients through the buying, renting, and investment process. Conduct property viewings and market analysis. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and co-agents. Negotiate and close deals effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal regulations, and project launches.

Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills High level of motivation, self-discipline, and hunger for success Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Other languages a plus) UAE real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory Knowledge of CRM and Dubai real estate platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) is a plus UAE Driving License is an advantage (but not compulsory)
