The Strategy Real Estate is a leading real estate advisory firm in Dubai, specializing in investment properties and off-plan developments. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated and experienced agents capable of delivering strong sales performance in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects within Dubai.
Provide professional consultation to clients regarding investment opportunities, project features, and market trends.
Follow up with leads, manage client relationships, and close deals effectively.
Stay updated with new project launches and market developments.
Represent the company professionally and maintain strong client satisfaction.
Work towards monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales.
Resident in Dubai for at least 5 years with strong understanding of the local property market.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English or Arabic (both preferred).
RERA Broker License is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and self-motivated.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and car.
