Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across Dubai.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations with clients.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, project launches, and pricing.
Manage leads efficiently and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with developers and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout their property journey.
Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience in Dubai
(mandatory).
Must be
currently based in Dubai
and
available to join immediately
.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and major developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
