Description:

We're seeking driven, results-oriented Property Consultants / Brokers to join our team and thrive in Dubai's vibrant real-estate market.
You'll:

Prospect and engage qualified buyers & investors across off-plan, resale, residential and commercial segments Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers and stakeholders Showcase properties, conduct viewings, negotiate deals and close sales Stay ahead of market trends, pricing and product knowledge to provide a best-in-class service Collaborate internally to leverage leads, marketing support and team resources

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of real-estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market preferred) Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills Self-motivated, target-driven, with a flair for luxury service Valid UAE real-estate broker license (or willing to obtain) Own transport and active market network - advantage
