We are seeking a
motivated and performance-driven Real Estate Agent
with a proven track record in property sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients, showcasing properties, and closing deals across both off-plan and secondary segments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert
marketing-qualified hot leads
into successful property sales.
Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable properties.
Present and promote
off-plan and secondary market
projects effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company standards and policies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, and sales activities.
Requirements
0-1 years of experience
in Dubai or UAE real estate sales is preferred.
Knowledge of
off-plan projects
and
secondary market transactions
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary + Commission:
