Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through online portals, networking, and client referrals. Promote and market off-plan and ready properties from top Dubai developers. Conduct property viewings (onsite and virtual) and guide clients through the buying process. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Dubai property market, trends, and investment opportunities. Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers/developers to close transactions successfully. Manage and update CRM systems with client information and follow-ups. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide exceptional after-sales service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months

of experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in

English

; proficiency in

Hindi/Urdu/Arabic

is an advantage. Valid

UAE Driving License

preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
