We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Agent

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice on market conditions, and ensuring a smooth and transparent real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions. Generate and nurture leads through networking, marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital platforms. Conduct property viewings and open houses. Provide clients with market insights, pricing strategies, and investment advice. Prepare and review necessary legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, real estate trends, and local market conditions. Negotiate offers and manage the entire sales process from listing to closing. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, and other professionals. Maintain accurate client and property records in CRM systems. Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (experience in [residential/commercial/luxury/off-plan] sales preferred). Valid real estate license or RERA certification (if applicable). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the local property market. Proficient in CRM systems and online property platforms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
